This is a unique outdoor courtyard space on Wharf Road in East London. Located in one of Islington’s trendiest areas, this space is well connected as it is just a short walk from both Angel and Old Street tube stations. A key feature is the view of the canal which the space leads on to. Here there are more buildings with some trees and shrubbery. There is a vintage feel to the space as it has weathered walls, cobbled paving and is surrounded by historic buildings. Although the space is a courtyard that’s closed off from the public, it does sits within a residential area, so you will need to check with the local authorities if you can play loud music and sell alcohol.
