Located 2 mins walk from the city of Sunderland & 5 mins from central train station, Sunderland Students’ Union has a vibrant space available to hire within their social space. As it is situated next to the main on campus cafe, the footfall is high as the space is accessed by staff & students.

We have 3 campus’ – Sunderland City Centre, St Peter’s Riverside – Sunderland & our London campus which is based in busy canary wharf. Each site has a space available to hire, power is available and we also have space outside that can be used too.

A half day rate would be £100 – full day up to £500 depending on size & location required. Discount available in multiple bookings are confirmed.
