We’re here to make sure Nottingham Trent students get the most out of university life through state-of-the-art venues, a diverse entertainments programme, support, representation and more. We have a highly engaged student community and can help your brand reach them through our media channels and on-campus promotional activity

We have 3 spaces available to hire at our City Campus. Union Square is our outdoor space which is in a primary location with the student library directly opposite, 559 students’ rooms in halls located above, as well as an onsite gym meaning that Union Square has a very high organic footfall. We can supply electricity to Union Square if required, obviously weather concerning you may need a marquee, or hope for the best looking at forecasts. Approx. 20m x 10m. Our second space sits inside the foyer of our SU, next to the welcome desk. Hire of the space consists of 1 trestle table, chairs, access to electricity and Wi-Fi. Approx. 3m x 3m. Our third space, The Level, is perfect for fairs, markets and clothing sales. We have up to 8 trestle tables you can use and a loading bay which is ideal or unloading large amounts of equipment and stock. Hire prices vary depending on your requirements. Roughly 16m x 28m with a stage.

Usual booking times are 9 – 5pm and access times outside of this will incur an additional staffing charge. The Students’ Union building is open from 8am – 8pm. Pricing is dependent on requirements and additional costs may incur if you are booking for a weekend. We require payment in full before you come on site. Pricing is available upon request.
